Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate the needs of our clients. To ensure fair and clear communication, please review our cancellation policy for the Growth Strategy and Client Experience Audit service.

 

Cancellation Notice:

 

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled initial consultation call. This allows us to adjust our schedules and offer the slot to another client.

 

Refunds:

 

  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before the initial consultation, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the initial consultation or for missed appointments without prior notice.

 

Rescheduling:

 

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the initial consultation will be accommodated at no additional charge.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the initial consultation will incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the service fee.

 

No-Shows:

 

If you do not show up for the scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and the session will not be rescheduled.

 

Emergency Situations:

 

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Follow-Up Call:

 

The follow-up call is a crucial part of our service. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Calls canceled within 48 hours or missed calls will not incur an additional fee and will not be rescheduled.
